By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
The Company does not provide any medical advice, health insurance, or healthcare services, including counseling, testing, evaluation, prescription, procedures, or therapies related to the treatment of any illness, disease, or addiction.
The Service may not be suitable for everyone and should not be considered a substitute for professional healthcare services. It is intended as a tool to assist in achieving overall health goals.
By accessing or using the Service, you release and discharge the Company from any and all actions arising from your use of the Service.

1.1 The ShopBlock App is designed to provide a blocker to help individuals reduce their consumption of Shopping material. Users should consult with qualified healthcare professionals for any specific medical concerns or conditions.
2.1 The ShopBlock is available for free download and use, but certain premium features may require payment. The Developer reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any features or functionality of the App, whether free or premium, at any time without prior notice.
2.2 Users must be at least 18 years old to access and use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms.
2.3 You will not access the Service through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise; - you will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; - your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
2.4 Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
3.1 All intellectual property rights related to the ShopBlock App, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights, belong to the Developer or its licensors.
3.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Users shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works of the App or its content without the prior written consent of the Developer.
4.1 The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
4.2 The App may include links to third-party websites or resources. The Developer is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or any other aspect of such third-party websites or resources. Accessing and using these websites or resources is at your own risk.
5.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the users and the Developer regarding the ShopBlock App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
5.2 The Developer may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
5.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The App can be downloaded for free. However, certain features of the Service are available through a subscription that requires payment. You are responsible for paying the applicable fees and any associated taxes to the App Store.
We may change the subscription fees at any time, and we will provide reasonable notice of any pricing changes by posting the new prices on the App or through email notifications to Users. If you do not wish to pay the new fees, you can cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
By signing up for certain subscriptions, you authorize the App Stores to charge the applicable fees to your submitted payment card. If your subscription is set to automatically renew, you will be charged for the renewal term unless you cancel your subscription. The auto-renewal period will match your initial subscription period unless otherwise disclosed. The renewal rate will not exceed the rate of the previous subscription period, excluding any promotional or discount pricing unless we notify you of a rate change before your auto-renewal. You must follow the disclosed cancellation procedures for your specific subscription. We do not provide refunds for accrued fees or prorate fees for canceled subscriptions.
We may offer a free trial subscription for the Service, with the details specified upon sign-up. If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial, your access to the Service will continue, and you will be billed the applicable fees. We may send you a reminder before your free trial ends, but we do not guarantee such notifications. It is your responsibility to be aware of the trial period's expiration. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify or terminate any free trial offer, your access to the Service during the trial, or these terms without notice and without liability. We may also restrict your ability to avail multiple free trials.
Your access to the Service and your rights expire at the end of the paid subscription period. Failure to pay the fees or charges may result in notifications and efforts to resolve the issue. However, we reserve the right to disable or terminate your access to the Service without notice.
Refunds for subscriptions purchased through an App Store are subject to the refund policies of that specific App Store. As a result, we are unable to grant refunds, and you will need to contact the App Store support for assistance.
To use ShopBlock app via your smartphone or other Device, your Device must satisfy certain system requirements. These requirements can be found on the Website and the Google and Apple App marketplaces.
